WODS is a really friendly and forward thinking group of like-minded people dedicated to performing excellent musical shows for our audiences in North Somerset.

Me & My Girl - November 2008 (The Playhouse Theatre)	Return to the Forbidden Planet - April 2009 (The Blakehay Theatre)

We perform twice a year at high quality venues in Weston-super-Mare.

Many thanks to everybody who supported us for our April 2009 show, "Return To The Forbidden Planet" at the Blakehay Theatre.
It was a fantastic success... there were many challenges to overcome (the set, the musical numbers, the technical requirements, the costumes, the Shakespearian script, and the roller skating!), but thanks to a great effort by everyone involved a night to remember was had by all - those seated and those on the stage!  Photographs from the show are now published - please see the 'Show Album' section on this website.

And looking back to last year, thanks once again to all our supporters... we staged two great shows: "Me and My Girl" (November 2008) at the Playhouse Theatre and "Godspell" (April 2008) at the Blakehay Theatre.  Both shows included new members of the society, some taking on lead roles for the first time.  The autumn show also included members from our junior section (Spectrum); now an integral part of WODS.
